From our first phone call in early 2026 to the two full days in May that we spent with her exploring the Tucson area and touring homes, Kim Lemcke was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. For a couple of months, we received MLS listings based on our needs and wants in a home. She created a schedule based on our selections and appointments were made as needed. Her plan was detailed and on point. As two out-of-towners from Northern Virginia looking for our potential retirement home, Kim instantly put us at ease and drove us here, there, and everywhere! We shared a couple of meals together and got to know one another fairly well in a short period of time. We left Tucson feeling like we had made our first friend in Arizona! We will keep in touch! We dealt mostly with JoAnne White, a Nara Brown team member. We were very impressed with her diligence, friendly manner and ability to navigate a complex joint closing for our previous residence and our new townhouse. She made referrals for movers and a handyman who efficiently dealt with BINSR issues on both properties. We would highly recommend JoAnne to anyone requiring a qualified realtor!

My goodness . . . where is the TEN STARS option?? I cannot say enough good things about Joanne and the Nara Brown team. From day one Joanne went out of her way to help with every little detail. We needed to sell our mom's house while we live in another state and there were so many moving pieces from all the repairs that needed to be done, furniture that needed to be removed/re-housed, coordination of all of the inspectors, etc. She was ALWAYS kind, always patient, and even helped me tremendously thru the emotions that go with moving an elderly mom and selling her beloved home. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! Which isn't near good enough, but . . . I pray that someone will come along and bless Joanne as much as she has blessed us!

I can't say enough positive things about Nara Brown Long Realty and her team. Nara assisted us with negotiating and purchasing a home before it was listed for sale. Nara was aware of our requirements for buying a home, prioritizing the area and the year built. When we became aware that a home was probably going to go on the market in the area we were focusing on, Nara contacted the out-of-state owners and was able to negotiate the sale before the house went on the market. This ensured that we were able to purchase the home and not lose the sale to a potentially higher bidder. Nara and her team far exceeded our expectations. She is extremely knowledgeable regarding the Tucson Real Estate Market and will always tell you if she thinks a property is priced right and will provide supporting evidence. She is extremely patient, and an excellent negotiator who can handle difficult and complex situations, and difficult people. She always made sure we were kept informed by giving us updates throughout the entire transaction. Nara Brown and her team, especially Joanne White, were always available to answer any questions and handle any situation that arose. She ensured a smooth closing and was present for the entire inspection. She has an excellent working relationship with individual companies and was able to recommend companies to get inspection issues resolved. Nara also handled the sale of our Catalina Foothills Home which required extra consideration and skill. Our home was smaller than other homes in the area, however, due to the location and all the custom upgrades, she was able to sell our home at a considerably higher per sq ft price than other homes in the area with similar sq ft. Because of Nara Brown and her team's professionalism, attention to detail, and going the extra mile for us, we would highly recommend them for any of your real estate needs.
